2 out of 3 cleaners were decent however have 2 months of coming to the house Elena and Veronica who book in the appointments have said no we won't be coming for any future cleans....they are definitely not reliable their Sunday cleaner wasn't a cleaner Anna and couldn't come close to finishing for 16/hour. Stay AWAY

I have been using Get set clean for a year on a fortnightly basis. I have the same cleaner each time apart from when she is on holiday of course. Alexandra is meticulous and thorough and always responds well to my specific requests around cleaning. The office staff are courteous and respectful and always do their best to help. I find their methods of communication friendly and always feel I am receiving a personal service. Having used a another agency app in the past, I became frustrated with having different cleaners arrive with no notice because I only wanted a fortnightly clean. I had to continuously explain each time what I wanted. Get set clean have provided me with a regular fortnightly cleaner that I can trust to leave the house with if I need to. Thank you.
