I had my bridal shower at Golden Palace Venue and I can’t recommend them enough. The team so professional and they went above and beyond my expectations! The decor was exactly what I wanted and they even added extra touches as a surprise. Our guests are still talking about the food and how polite and hospitable they staff were. Thank you for making my day special!

The team had successfully created an enchanting fairy tale theme, whilst delivering great hospitality throughout the event. Overall, it was very classy & spacious, and I was really satisfied with the car park facilities.

It is a very beautiful and fabulous place to have your events especially wedding events. It's spacious, nicely decorated and clean. However, I heard the price to rent this hall is a bit expensive

I would recommend to stay away from this company. Very unprofessional when Covid kicked in, they refused to refund my money due to covid cancelling our wedding. I was told my refund was not possible and after going back and forth they only agreed to refund me quarter of my money back which I found ridiculous. They agreed to refund me quarter of my money on 17th March which would be returned to me within 7 days. It is now 9/07/2020 and I still have not received my refund. I have called Imdad who is the manager many times and his colleague Isa but they kept blanking my calls. I am so frustrated at how this company can steal my money and think they can get away with it. I would advise anyone not to deal with them.
