Antoni has changed my life. 15 years ago my back was really chronic after slipping two discs. For the last 4-5 years I have been back to myself with no pain at all. Antoni's careful manipulation and a bit of self discipline at home, with 5 minutes of core excercise first thing every day when I roll out of bed in the morning, has put me right. It is imperative to ensure your vertebrae is sitting well on its disc to achieve ones maximum potential.
