This gp services is a complete joke. People on the phone needs serious training.people at the reception needs to learn how to talk to the patients. Its shocking how they get away with this type of service in UK.

This surgery is really bad. The receptionist are really laid back and I have seen it myself that the receptionist don’t answer the calls and let it ring. They are just talking with the other staff and ignoring the calls that are coming through. When I have called them they take 30 minutes to pick up and the person on call is really rude and disorganised. I was waiting outside for over 30 minutes to do a blood test and I just see them ignoring me and took long to find my name on the system. If I had a choice I would rate them 0.

Please do not register here if you actually want ANY medical help! The doctor has decreased my nan's medications and since then she has had her blood pressure so high that she was at risk of stroke, even had to call 999. The doctor from 999 said that what the doctor did was wrong and that we should urgently contact the GP and get a urgent appointment. Have been calling them for 3 days straight and always the line said 'user busy'. It is impossible to get into contact with them. DO NOT go here unless you have a death wish.

I have no issues with GPs here although I havnt met all of them.I rate it one stars coz of their reception service which is very poor.They never answer the calls quickly, atleast take 30 mins to answer. very disorganised service reception, I have seen the reception sitting there with ignoring calls.

The only reason I have given 1 star is because I couldn't give my review without it if I could I would give no stars. Every time I ring I'm ringing for about an hour or I just have to give up and start ringing the next day the staff are more interested in having a laugh and a chat to each other than taking calls I'm always having trouble with my repeat prescription and it is not good as everything on there is potentially life threatening for me if I don't have it the last performance was it had been sent to my usual chemist but the chemist couldn't find it and when I rang my gp back they swore down blind it had been sent I had to go 2 weeks without all of my medication just for the doctor to eventually cancel the original prescription and send a new 1 which fell before a weekend so I had to go another 4 days
