At the beginning of the COVID crisis, while I wanted to buy masks, the manager changed the price (doubled them) in front of me and took the boxes of masks from my hands to do so. Those people are only money-oriented, liars, and in general, shouldn't exercise. What they did was not legal and very unfair. Runaway.

The nearby Boots had run out of my product, Hypafix 2.5cm, which I generally pay between 2.50 and 3 a box for, but the Boots pharmacist suggested the local private pharmacy as an alternative, NHS Grafton Pharmacy, who had the product, but l paid 5.99 for the same product (and size), lack lustre (or should I say, none exsistant) service, which meant paying double for a sale that received no service. Last and only purchase from here

Very unprofessional and rude. Failed thier duty of care to dispense a peak flow meter and a inhaler spacer for a paying customer with a prescription. Bet appalling to see this at this time with what we are dealing with in 2020. Very dissatisfied.
