I am a medical doctor, and I attended this clinic to have a Covid swab for travelling, and it was below standard. The person taking the swab was competent and friendly, but there was no evidence of cleaning of the area after the two of us left. The girl entering our details on to the computer should have been in another room to allow for proper infection control. This is just a quick money making clinic that has been set up hastily to take advantage of desperate travellers like myself who cannot board an Emirates airline plane without a negative Covid 19 swab result. My swab result was late, and the girl that I dealt with on the phone when chasing the result failed to call me back as promised. As a result I had to cancel my flight. I would recommend that those wishing to travel try somewhere else.

Brilliant service - gave me Dr appointment straight away on WhatsApp and then sent prescription to local pharmacy!!!

GP was so rude. I went to her because I had uncomfortable tonsil stones, she told me very rudely that I was wrong and that I had tonsillitis. She gave me antibiotics. No surprise, after the course of antibiotics, my tonsil stones were still there, because it was never tonsilitis. Are GP’s even qualified in this country anymore? Seems like the general public can give a better self diagnosis than most GP’s.

If you care about yourself and all DO NOT GO HERE. Let’s start with it took them 28 minutes to answer the phone and when he did he answered it incorrectly and said something about a garden....? I registered 2 months ago, and asked to speak to a dr today to get my prescriptions and they gave me the only option of reveling a call from 2-7 on 4 days time. They said I should have told them I was on medication when I registered (even though you can only register online and it doesn’t give you the option). I said surely just look at my records, they claimed my old GP didn’t send the records. I told him I registered 2 months ago, this really isn’t good and he yelled at me on the phone stating it was my responsibility to tell them I had prescriptions. I had to hang up on him as he wouldn’t stop yelling over top of me. I have called my previous GP and she confirms the Grays Inn Medical has never requested anything from them, she searched back to May 5, 2020. I’d they can’t even get registering SLIGHTLY correct, and without blaming me, dear lord what would they do with any medical issue!?! Go to Holborn around the corner, they are lovely!

1 - They tell me it will take them 48 hours to send my prescription to the pharmacy NEXT DOOR to them, and won't just give me a slip to take there myself. 2 - I get to the pharmacy two days later and they had sent some completely random prescription, not the medication I need on a daily basis. 3 - It's another week until I can see a doctor to prescribe the correct medication, at this point I have completely run out - receptionist tells me there is nothing they can do. 4 - Finally see a doctor, wait the 48 hours, get to the pharmacy - wrong prescription AGAIN. Worst customer service and no help the entire time. Avoid this practice.
