After a horrible experience here in the past, we should have not trusted GT Tires with our vehicle again. Our truck had a slow coolant leak and my husband took it in to be looked at. They said the thermostat housing was leaking and that it would be 372 tax and said it would be done by the end of the day. 4:30pm rolled around and we had not heard anything back about our truck so my husband called and they told us it would not be done until the next day now. No phone call to let us know or apologies. We would not have left it there knowing this as we needed a vehicle that evening and had to borrow one. They couldn’t find a 5 part apparently and said it would be done in the morning. My husband goes to pick up the truck and they want 110 more than what was quoted. Why? Because they replaced a bunch of stuff that we did not agree upon and without even calling to ask us. So this 110 increase is apparently because they couldn’t find one 5 o-ring. Terrible, terrible communication skills, no effort to even contact us. Highly recommend taking your business to a more honest and professional establishment.

Got our new snow tires with our new rims which GT tire was more than helpful to size up and ensure would fit the vehicle giving us snow tires with not a rusty old steel rim very happy with the outcome and the service that was provided on the spot pricing and emails immediately can't ask for better thank you so much
Had a slow leak was was repaired quickly. A few weeks later the leak was back. The hole was in a place that couldn’t be fixed. The gentleman offered me a used tire at a great price and took the cost of the previous repair off the price. Great service!!
WOW This past spring upon switching my tires for the year, the garage I was at had told me that they would not install my summer tires as the the tread was past its point of being safe. Then they told me the only tires that would fit my rims were north of 1900.00 and they were the only place I could have it done. I had been thrown by the price and idea and decided to keep my winters on and look elsewhere. Not 20 minutes later I pulled into GT where the owners son had laughed at my story and showed me three other brands, gave me his professional opinion and saved me half of what the other place wanted to charge me. Thank you GT and your integral business.
Great shop with knowledgeable staff. Second time coming here for used tires. Both times coming the waiting room was full of customers. Great prices and lots of employees to work on your vehicle. I purchased two used P185/70 R14 for 100 installed and balanced. Can't beat it!
