I would like to reach out and just say how happy I am as a customer were I was serviced by Sol who works for the head office department, she gave me a excellent customer service from the beginning of the process right to the end were my parcel was delivered to my door, I would highly recommend her to any friends and family for service from Gucci. Sol is a great asset to the gucci team.

Had exactly what went in there for, the lady who served me was lovely, and was more than happy to go and get me a size down in shoe, because my normal size came up a tad bit big. Obviously, she did try to get me to buy a few other things but did not try to hard sell. Which always makes a big difference in my book!!
