Great place - fixed my ukulele pickup quickly and cheaply, and they would've fixed it on the spot if it hadn't involved restringing it! Plus it came back to me in perfect tune. Very impressed, I'll be coming back here.
Excellent service. Greg was very helpful with a repair of a very expensive pedal I just couldn't justify getting rid of if there was a chance it could be repaired. I was told by another pedal repair service it couldn't be done. With no further explanation as to why. I got in touch with guitar aid and sent them the pedal. It returned fixed with a quick turn around and a great service. I strongly recommend that if you have a pedal in need of repair and others may fail you these guys will most likely be able to sort the issue. Enough of my babble. They'll always have a loyal customer in myself and I'll recommend them to any other that needs this service. 10/10.
Greg is an electronics genius. I had a complicated problem with a pedal for a Roland digital piano and he worked and worked at it, and was clever enough to do it without the piano on site, until he got it right. His charge was more than reasonable. He's a nice guy and his workshop is fairly cool as well, an Aladdin's cave of amps, guitars and bits and pieces. Thanks Greg.
Simply can't recommend the guys at Guitar Aid enough..! I was slightly apprehensive about taking my guitar in, as I'm a complete novice and expected it to be quite an intimidating experience. I couldn't have been more wrong! Great guys, great knowledge and experience, great workmanship. My guitar sounds and feels amazing now and I can't put it down!

Really nice guys and they do a great job. Was having a lot of trouble with a guitar of mine and they sorted it. Much cheaper than anywhere else in London too. Brilliant!
