I ve been reading all of negative comments and some of them are absolutely disgusting ! Especially the one about the racism ! My child is mixed race and she is always very welcome in the Vip studio. I ve been Klaudia’s customer for about 5 years. And I never been happier, my hair look amazing and healthy. Yes, you have to book an appointment 2 weeks early but it’s worth to wait. Good advice for the racist commentators, grown up ! Of someone refuse to do your hair it means that probably you have different hair structure or type which is too hard to handle for someone who mainly do Caucasian hair ! It doesn’t mean that person is racist !

Very rude staff. I went in to ask for prices for hair colour and the lady was so rude. I had to explain 5 times what I actually want to be done. After she looked at me and said I had to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment knowing well no one would wait for that long. Very rude and racist place. Avoid!

I've been here 3 times and found the staff friendly and welcoming. Service was good too. The last time I was there, I had to wait for about 5-10 MNS. I hate waiting but the excellent quality of the treatment and the efficient staff more than made up for it. The ladies who do beauty Therapy here certainly excel in their craft. If you're looking for beauty treatments of good quality, on a price that's reasonable, then go here! Although geared mostly towards female clients, the salon also treats male clients. Glad to have discovered this place! Kristina and Alexandra are good at their job. Best waxing treatment I've had in our neighbourhood.
