The staff in this store are so professional and really know good customer service. They have product knowledge and are respectful. I came into the store to get a replacement bulb for my reversing light, and to get it fitted by one of the staff. I was courteous and patient while waiting my turn to be seen by the technician who was going to fit the bulb for me. When in store I observed the rude and disrespectful customers who treated the staff at Halfords as something they had stepped in on the street. Manager on duty was tested to the limit with these rude people. I admired how her, and her colleague were put under pressure by these rude people and didn't lose control in situations. My technician who fitted the bulb was polite and professional. I actually held my umbrella over him as it was raining really hard in the car park when he was working to fit my replacement bulb. All staff, especially Duty Manager require gold stars for putting up with the horrible customers I saw on the day of my visit.

Wait time was v poor, 1 hour late but I put that down to Covid. Halfords rep was hones, efficient and knowledgeable. He did not try and push a service on my car that wasn’t needed! Overall v happy.

Hi,I Just Ordered wiper For My Car on 06.02.2021 (They Don’t give me the invoice,They Says Will send on e-mail and Even On e mail i Don’t get it )and one week later On Saturday i Just Check If Arrived the Items,And Then I Asked at the Counter a Blonde Women If She Can Find My Order (I Explain her the situation) ,And She Says “I Can’t find Any Order On This Date “and even She Don’t want to Check For it Was Very Hungry,I Explained Again i paid For that and I Know exactly on this date 06.02.2021 I Ordered,She don’t want listen,I am Really Disappointed About This Women From Tottenham hale Store!!

I’ve not gone to this Halfords in years and was apprehensive. But the service I received from Dominic was outstanding! His an asset to your company and So helping and meant you will have repeat business from me. I can’t praise his service and help enough and you should reward service like his. Thank you Dominic. Update: came back today and spoke to another guy in bike section beginning with c Forgoten the name but sooo helpful thought my 1st was one off but obviously not the bike staff are so helpful. These two need rewarding and recognition honestly- thank guys - hope the company rewards you guys for your passion and customer service
