How can you be such a horrible place! First of all, according to an email you sent me, I came and collected my items however, only half of the items that can be collected, half is not available even though on the email you said all available already. Secondly, came to the store but barely seeing staff wearing mask, they will either put it under their nose or not wearing it. I am 100 % sure everyone agree as there is so many review saying it already. Thirdly, after a week of wait, I have to call you back to see if my other items are available but still no even you promised that it will be only 5 days to a week. Then 2 weeks later, I called back and asked whether I can change my order to a different Halford store as it was such a long wait for me and Halford Wandsworth is pretty far from where I live anyway so I will order in a different store that available and nearer to where I live, but no, you said it is now available in store and I can come to collect. OK FINE, why no one contact me that it is now available to collect and I have to contact to get an update? Fourthly, I came back for the items that was not collected, traveling so far to collect it and unable to do so as it took so long, I - myself do understand you are busy so I said can I come to different store to collect as I am late, they then told me to do it online, I went home, called and you said all of my order was collected? How come? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL SO UNBELIEVABLE IN THIS SITUATION.

Bad experience here due to rude manager and staff member( JAMES and SABRINA) .... I didn't notice the set standing points as store was empty!however was approx 1.5m away from the woman in front of me. Unfortunately.... came over to me telling me in an impolite manner to move into the line (she was not wearing a mask neither was the customer in front of me, I was). When I questioned why it was important for me to stand on the marked line when store was empty and the customer in front of me didn't even had a mask on, Sabrina (the rude stuff) didn't like me questioning her attitude and kept trying to speak over me with a bullying attitude, I asked for the manager and James arrived at the cashier and now also with an despicable attitude, I felt upset as I was not even allowed to speak as It seems that all they wanted was to get me out of the store, a typical case where bad management sticks with their colleagues whatever the situation, one have anothers back and the business keep losing customers. CUSTOMERS, YOU BETTER OF TAKING YOUR BUSINESS TO AMAZON, which is what I will do from now on.
I found the Wandsworth branch easily ,parking was available , the store is spacious and not overcrowded with products . Staff were efficient and informative,
It was a very good and straight forward service at Halfords Wandsworth. The team was helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Although booked with the mechanic a few days ago for installing stereo, quite unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour until the mechenic could lend us a hand. Under the blazing sun and a row of three plastic chairs, this store gets a three star. Other than that, staff here are friendly and helpful.
