Left my vehicle into the Southfields Branch for a service and an MOT. I arrived first thing in the morning. I was seen straight away. I was expected, and was informed of the schedule for the work. I was called as soon as all the work was completed. Very efficient. It was my first time using Halfords for service. I was pleasantly surprised how good the garage was. I was given a list of things to watch out for. This work didn’t need to be done, but would be eventually. Along with this was a quote for the work if I wished to go ahead. This was not pushed on me, which I thought was a nice touch. It was just attached to the invoice. I recommend this garage. This was a good experience for me. Thanks Halfords Southfields.

I take my car here every year for the last 4 years to get service and or MOT. They are a courteous and straightforward bunch. Good communications too, letting you know what needs to be done, how long and at what cost. Halfords is a big chain and in other locations may be lacking. Not so in Southfields. Recommended.

Outstanding service, alignment and my car passed its MOT without issue. These people are not out to scam you. Previously I had been ripped off going to my car’s dealership and I will now always use this Halfords instead. They even gave me my wheel alignment for free because of a short wait at a collection. I would highly recommend and use again.
