I wish all retail outlets had customer service like Hamilton & Hare- I ordered 3 Boxer Briefs and mistakenly I added 1 in the incorrect size - Mark emailed me straight away to check if this was a mistake - they changed the delivery to include the correct size . Amazing product and absolutely fantastic service - its what customer service should be. Highly recommend.

Ordered online, and the boxer trunks are great while they last. The fabrics are too soft and not fit for purpose, the stitching was coming away after a month or two of use. Contacted the company and they said it was normal wear and tear, even though the same issue had occurred on a few pairs. When you spend over 200 on underwear you want it to last longer than that. I won't be shopping here again.

I have been buying H&H boxer shorts for years. The last batch have been a disappointment, one pair came apart at the seam after only a few washes. I sent them back, but have had no reply. Poor workmanship and even poorer customer service.
