For the last 2 years I have sent my mother a hamper from a well known shop in Piccadilly, they are wonderful but they are also quite expensive. So this year I looked into it a little more and found Hamper Lounge, I chose what I wanted & felt pleased with the price. It didn’t disappoint at all, the packaging was perfect and delivered just when they said it would be. I know where I will be buying from going forward.

I ordered a gourmet hamper for a friend who was going through a difficult time, and she was so happy to receive what I sent. She particularly loved the cheese selection, which she thought was fantastic.The lady I spoke to on the telephone was lovely, and couldn't have been more helpful. I will certainly be ordering from Hamper Lounge again.

Do not buy anything from Hamper Lounge! I made an order for a friend who was going through a bereavement and their hamper never arrived. I made the order on the 1st December and received a confirmation that my order had been made, 62.97 was taken out of my bank account. I waited for confirmation that the hamper had been shipped, but I heard nothing. On the 16th December I emailed and asked where the order was, I received no reply. I then called several times and there was no answer, but I left a message for you to call back, I received nothing! On the 21st December I emailed again, this time asking for a refund. I still haven't heard anything, and no one answers the phone. Hamper Lounge is a scam!

I could not have been more pleased with the Hamper Lounge. I am from out of town so don't know the London gift delivery services at all. Sherree and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my very specific order and had it delivered in less than 24 hours. This company is a true gem. They provide personalized customer service and attention to detail - I look forward to using them again.

I had a great experience ordering from this shop from overseas for local delivery to a dear friend on his birthday! They even upgraded the champagne I ordered because they ran out of the kind that I ordered. It was delivered in a beautiful box and made my friend feel so celebrated. Thank you!
