I had a very poor service from this company actually no service. I booked my fit to fly appointment well in advance of my journey in January. On the day I turned up for my appointment 11/02/21 at the address provided had moved, I was informed by another company who had now occupied the address. I contacted the company immediately (as it was the time for my test) and only got the answer machine. I tried phoning again after several minutes to find the new address and still got the answer machine. I left my contact details on both occasions and have still not received a call back 24/02/21 On my return home (which was an hours drive each way) I had received an email from the company sent 45minutes before my appointment with the new location. I complained to the company twice by email requesting a refund due to me missing my test with them due to their poor communication and initially had no reply from the company from my phone message or emails. However on the company receiving my complaint they did look into the issue and were most apologetic as there had been an issue with the original address needing a deep clean and they had to suddenly move office. The company agreed to put the matter right and offer a full refund.

I can honestly highly recommend this company! Super fast service, actually got them on the same day. Me and my partner attended the clinic in London in the morning. We were then emailed the results that same evening although we paid for the next day service. Thank you so much to the manager for helping me out and getting the certificates extra quickly for us!

10 out of 10 service. Got the fit to fly COVID test for my family. It was testing for five people. All of us were negative which was great! So we travelled and were happy. Thanks to the manger who helped us in particular, very nice gentleman with a distinct voice!

AMAZING! I needed a really quick COVID-19 certificate to fly for my trip to Cyprus. Harley Medic was the only reasonable clinic and they got the certificate for me really fast. Such a nice and friendly team. I was really stressed about getting the new travel certificate, but they sorted me out completely. So happy, everything went smoothly and they got the certificate faster than expected. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys!
