I have been with the practice for over 30 years just before doctor Margaret joined. I used to love going to see doctor with my babies the receptionists was very pleasant to talk to polite and welcoming. These ones that work there now are so arrogant and rude I have to roll my eyes with despair. I'll be keeping an eye on their customer service and ack accordingly.

I don't think anyone knows what they are doing, they don't understand what I am saying and what are my concerns. I just got home from a vaccine and the nurse didn't even disinfect the place where she wanted to put the syringe in and than she injected me with a huge air bubble. And on top of all she didn't wear any gloves. Horrible. Update- After injection my arm swelled up and hurt like hell. The swelling and redness stayed for a month the pain lasted longer! Staff ignored my complains and said it's my fault.

The worse doctors in the whole borough!!! They don't know what they are doing at all. I had a letter from optometrist to give to GP, to make a referral for eye specialist. After the phone call appointment this morning she told me to go to Whipps Cross eye casualty which I did. They asked me what am I doing here, that my case is for eye clinic!!!! So I called the GP back and the receptionist told me to call in the morning to make another appointment!!!! USELESS!!!!

Terrible service from staff. They dont know what they are doing. I had a telephone consultation with a doctor, he said he would send prescription to chemist. I went to chemist, they didnt receive prescription so I called Doctors, they said come collect it, its in Reception. So I went to the doctors, waited over 10 mins for them to say they have sent it over to chemist. Its really annoying make ypur mind up and stop making people go round and round in circles. Terrible staff communication and service provided.

The rudest reception staff ever. I walked in because I had issues with booking online, as my details didnt match the ones the practice had (weird?). Almost been told off, to book an appointment online (even tho I told her that it doesnt let me link to my gp due to book) or call in. I have been calling for hours and no one is picking up the phone. Useless!!
