Ive heard the owner accuse people of stealing or ask them to leave their bag at the front of the shop. No prices on anything, he makes them up when you get to the till and is very unfriendly. I recomend going to one of the other habidashery and trim shops on the same street.

The new owner here has tidied the shop up so its easy to find things, but hiked the prices up too - it is now expensive, near unaffordable. Sadly the customer service hasn't improved under the new owner either - they are ruder than ever.
