At first I thought that the visit was worth it, since they appear to be VERY professional (clean atmosphere, very polite, etc etc.). I wanted to deal with my blemishes and mild acne and the clinician recommended me to buy a skin care collection. As a uni student, the total price was very high (over 300 pounds in total) for the quality of the products and she even said that I’d be needing to re-stock the skin care products if I wanted to get the desired effects. By the end of the consult it pretty much felt like I was being low-key pressurised to buy the products since I kept asking questions about the ingredients present in the skin care (I study Chemistry, hence my curiosity). People, the skin products (Obagi) worked pretty much like Neutrogena. Hence, I never went back again. I am now following a much simpler routine requiring less products (those whom cost less than 10 pounds, since they’re not packaged with 100 worthless ingredients) and I am getting the clear skin I wanted. Just do your research on the chemicals you require to target your skin conditions and stay out of harmful skin ingredients. Go with simple products. There is no need to have an overly complicated skin care routine. LESS IS MORE. ALSO, big plus, ditch wearing foundation, and makeup in general if you want the products to fully penetrate your skin to cause long lasting effect. This would subsequently prevent you from constantly clogging your pores, which is the key factor in getting troublesome acne. .

I highly recommend this clinic, after doing endless research online I found them. The reception staff are the friendliest, politest I have come across. They are very accommodating and helpful in any situation. I had a consultation with Dr Vimple, she was very informative and offered me a tailor plan for my hyperpigmentataion and acne. She gave me a wholesome approach and even spent almost an hour with me instead of the 30 minutes I paid for. She is not motivated by money but wants to genuinely help people She is amazing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!

Amazing experience every time. Lovely staff, they are very friendly and make you feel right at home. I love their facials, Amy is amazing at doing them. My skin is always left glowing and feeling brand new. I Would definitely recommend this place.

HA clinic is truly a Fantastic clinic! From the welcoming décor, to the friendly and welcoming staff, not to mention the great team of doctors. This clinic offers a relaxing and indulgent experience. The doctor I saw was amazing! She was polite, patient and very informative regarding my treatment. I would 100% recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a great treatment in a professional environment with great qualified staff.
