Ordered from the first time from this company. The dress was beautifully made and well worth the price. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small (big bust) so I emailed them. Straightaway I got a reply saying they’d easily and happily exchange the dress for one in the larger size if I sent it back, they’d pay the postage to deliver the exchanged garment. I did and within 2 days I got the new dress which is gorgeous and the cut is very flattering. The sizing is a little on the smaller side compared to the high street but the quality is outstanding and the customer service is fantastic and friendly. I even got a cute patterned face mask included for free which was lovely! I would totally recommend this company and their great customer service.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must meet satisfactory quality. Goods shouldn't be faulty or damaged when you receive them. The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods. I returned an item to this company as it was not fit for purpose, the stitching had come undone around the neck and there was a hole in it. However, they seemed more concerned with the fact I had not used their original plastic bag to return the item to them (although I *did* use the original pink \jiffy\ bag, plus my correspondence used my original order details). They wanted to \understand\ my situation better as why I hadn't used the original plastic bag (I'd actually already thrown it away, which I told them). All they really needed to understand was that the item was not fit for purpose and that I wanted a replacement, yet this seemed to be too difficult for them to understand. I did get my replacement item, however, it was after a \on this occasion we'll replace\ and \in future our returns policy must be adhered too\ type communication. Suffice it to say, it's my opinion that their Customer Service needs some work and sadly, I will not be ordering from this Company again. I do not appreciate being made to feel as if I am dishonest and trying to get something for nothing which is precisely how I felt following their accusatory questioning toned correspondence.

no stars. none of the dresses are the correct size. they said themselves all of the dresses are different sizes so check the size guide but that is also wrong. the customer service is confrontational and terrible. they sent the wrong size twice so I had to pay 12 extra in postage and I still don't have the correct dress. I posted my parcel before the lock down containing a dress costing 50. Hearts and roses refused to collect it for the past 10 weeks and it is still at the post office they said it is my problem and to try to claim 39 from the post office who will not pay because the parcel is still there. Very rude staff and unhelpful. They have cost me a lot of money for nothing.

I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from this company. I had contact from Ali and Mahdi and both of them were professional, polite and efficient. I ordered a dress from them, during lockdown, for my mother’s wedding. It took less than a week to arrive which is a miracle in itself at the moment. Unfortunately the dress didn’t fit me flatteringly - not really their fault, I’m larger chested but have small shoulders so the dress gaped a bit. Having read the statement on their website about their current opening times, during covid-19 lockdown, I contacted them first before I sent the dress back to get instructions. Ali got back to me quickly and explained the best way to send the dress back to them. I posted the dress back to them on Saturday 16th May and today Wednesday 27th May I have received my refund. During the time between me posting the dress back and receiving my refund I had contact with Mahdi who kept me up to date on where my parcel was and when it could be expected to be picked up by them. The staff that I have had contact with deserve praise for how hard they are working during these very trying times. My original order was on the 9th of May, it took a total of 18 days for me to receive the dress, send it back and get my refund. No mean feat at the moment with everything that’s going on! Thank you Hearts and Roses for having a customer focused team! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I have several dresses from \Hearts & Roses London\. They are excellent quality and very easy to wash. The cotton fabric is very comfortable on the skin. The best thing: whenever I wear the dresses, I keep getting compliments from friends and also from strangers! I will continue to buy dresses from this brand. Greetings from Switzerland!
