Extremely satisfied with the laptop repair service! I was so satisfied I went back to Hennessy's get my laptop memory upgraded. The price was reasonable. Most importantly laptop was as good as new when it was fixed. The repair only took about a week. Good customer service, friendly and responsive. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade or repair their computer gadgets, you would not be disappointed.

I visited Hennessy Repair literally a couple of days ago for the very first time. My work PC decided to die just like that in the middle of my shift. After a basic search online I came across Hennessy Repair and its good reviews, so I decided to give it a shot. I desperately needed the PC operational by 18:30pm the same day. So when I got there I basically requested super fast service (which translates to drop everything you are doing now and look into my case). Well long story short he did exactly that and more. My PC works like a charm and I was surprised that when I connected the tower to the screens and reboot the system, it picked up exactly at the point it crashed half a day before. The issue was a completely destroyed motherboard which is a quite tricky job, and Hennessy Repair carried it out with utmost professionalism. Overall result: 5 stars Customer satisfaction and care: 5 stars Cost (for a very express service): reasonable and services fairly priced Highly recommended! Even for customers 15 miles away it is worth it.
