I have never written a review for anything before, but working with Health & Herb has been so life changing I felt I needed to write my first one. The results I have seen from my sessions has changed my life completely. I have always been a very active woman, though after nerve damage ravaged my spine, I was left unable to walk well. Severe blood clotting in my spine and back left me weak, and after several operations I looked and felt very vulnerable - after time I sadly thought this was something I would just have to live with. Then I found Health & Herb, and once again I feel so happy to be active and getting on with my life! I cannot give enough back to them for what they have given me. I have my life back.

They are amazing. I had terrible back pain four over a year. I tried everything and nothing worked jntill I came to herb and health , 2 acupuncture treatments later my back pain was completely gone. My cholesterol level went down, and I also regained my energies and creativity. I highly recommend this service. The doctors take their time while working with you and are very in tune with your body.

I had an injury to right shoulder, just before lockdown. March to August. So medical help not available even after lockdown. Now after 6 treatments : accupunture, massage, heat therapy n other treatment, the pain has eased dramatically. Movement is still limited, but slowly improving.
