Met with Derek today and was really impressed with how he spoke with me and all of the other other customers lined up while I was there. I ordered a Tuesday 2 shake which was delicious... peanut butter protein!!! I was looking for a proper protein meal replacement with my hectic day to day, and got some expert advice and made a new friend in the process. I would definitely recommend this place for the service, advice, and choices available. Go in and try a shake and see if this place moves you the way it has for me! Christopher Murray

I went to the West London store for a specific product, and they only had 1 left in stock (that isn't being carried anymore) at the East London store. They made sure to put that 1 aside for me, and instead of having me drive across the city they offered to drop off at my home later that day. Couple hours later, it was delivered to my home, and I was told that they are looking into other brands/similar products to replace that one. 100% recommend, and a new customer who will be returning.
Staff is always friendly and super helpful especially to a beginner like me. They don't try to over sell you anything and they have the best Shakes in town!!!
