local staff wonderful, managers at Uxbridge dire in that refuse to update google maps (or answer the telephone) with the result that the location for the return is impossible or very hard to find. they the purpose of this seems to be to charge an extra day of hire where the person returning is 10 minutes late (having spent the last 30 minutes trying to find them). to avoid doubt THE GOOGLE MAPS LOCATION IS WRONG. THEY ARE ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE ROAD AS Enterprise car hire AROUND 200 YARDS FURTHER EAST.

Decent service. I found the staff ehh. I got there early to see if we could pick up car early and right away they said no. Didn’t try to do anything . I returned at the appropriate time and got my car that was there earlier when i first came but hey what can you do. Car was pretty good had all the latest features of any modern sedan back up camera , lane assist and adaptive cruising . Also diesel is way more efficient and our tank lasted pretty good.

I ordered car online which was nice n easy! Called online number to confirm booking at Old Kent Road. Got an Uber n location was on road, but incorrect! Used their directions on Google, same! Eventually after walking in rain, Enterprise showed me where - in other direction! Waited about 15-20mins to even be acknowledged! Then guy looks over me to Gold customer who JUST walked in and serves him BEFORE me without any explanation! I obviously protested and he said Gold customers get served first, that's how it is! Really?! What about NEW customers, plus I joined as a Gold customer after I booked! I was furious and just told him to cancel it and he has the WORST customer service ever - He didn't care, which I fully expected! I will NEVER use that Old Kent Road branch again and will stick to Enterprise! PLUS - THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

Staff incredibly rude and will try and con you out of money. Wanted me to sign for the car before inspecting it and despite filling up with petrol at the garage across the road apparently I didn’t return the car with a full tank. Never again, I will stick to Enterprise

Decent service, you can’t return off hours. Additionally, most vehicles are manual (it is Europe). Car didn’t come with a backup camera, kinda stinks. Location was wrong, updated now, on the corner of Devon Street

We were pleasantly surprised with the service from Hertz at Old Kent Road. After reading so many bad reviews we were a bit nervous however, we found them excellent. We needed to collect our car a day early and they were very accommodating ,the car was immaculate and lovely to drive and the man who served me upon collection was friendly and helpful. Drop off at Heathrow was easy and took 5.minutes with no issues. We were very happy with Hertz
