Poor customer service. We instructed Hi-Tech to supply and fit a bespoke shower enclosure at our clients property. We rely on professional like minded trades to help us produce a quality product and service for our residential clients. The enclosure was poorly installed and led to leaking. Numerous follow up's to resolve and revisit were ignored and failure to return to site left us in an embarrassing position. Hi-tech returned to site eventually and tried but couldn't fix the problem. We have tried to arrange a further visit but have been let down. We have had to resolve the situation ourselves and at our own expense. Hi-tech are a glass supplier and clearly inexperienced in shower cubicles. If using them, hold back money until you have satisfactory completion but i wouldn't rely on guarantee's!
