Really wish the team here would pull it together, they seem really contented with long queues outside with no sense of urgency when you get in for the people standing outside in the cold/rain/snow (or heat! this issue pre-dates social distancing. All in nice people, friendly but really what you need is to quickly and effectively drop of your post and this place doesn't provide the service. A real let down.

DON NOT USE THIS BRACH. This business has signed out my 'nephews' parcel to someone else. Don’t ask me how, yet. Screwfix on my behalf is in dispute with Parcel Force. They are not happy at all and have contacted their legal department. This man was rude to my sister upon her decision to complain and then told her to leave the shop without giving her any details, such as his name and details on who signed for the package.
Service is really quite slow. But the staff are always pleasant.
Hats off to our key workers.You are priceless️️
