My little my brother Connor clark aged 24 was able to take his own life on amber ward on the 25/11/20.will still have not been able to find out exactly what happed that day.but as of yet 28/12/20 no one has been in contact with my family to discuss anything he was supposed to be on 5 checks every hour so how this happened we don’t no but as a family we believe they are trying to cover up certain things so please if you have a loved one who is suffering from mental health please do not leave them there.P.S JUSTICE FOR CONNOR CLARK GONE BUT WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN XXX

They're box tickers and haven't a clue.

My partner was admitted in this centre and even he was well cared, he was continuously over medicated. The place is actually scary, the first time I visited him I cried because the place was a copy of a horror movie. They made him to remove even the shoes laces to avoid a self-harm without assessing his symptoms.

I am sorry that other people have had bad experiences here. However I have found them responsive (several appointments in quick succession) and have been impressed by all the people I have seen so far. They have been really helpful, practical and I think and hope they will be able to help me. They have arranged future appointments at weekends and during the week to suit me. They have offered to do home visits too but I don't want to waste their valuable time with unnecessary travel. I would give them a five star review if it weren't for the noisy reception with shouting and doors slamming which is very unsettling Thanks to the Team
