Impeccable customer service from start to end - I can't fault it & we are so happy! Roy, Jake, and Ben were all SO helpful - it made for an enjoyable experience getting flooring fitted in our first property! Roy was amazing at keeping us up-to-date and informed, Ben was great (he popped back for a second time with the colour samples as we couldn't decide!) and Jake worked really hard to fit our floor to perfection! Hillside Carpets has completely transformed our flat - it now feels like a home! I would recommend them without hesitation - thank you! :)

Roy and his Hillside carpet team were impeccable from start to finish. When picking our carpet and flooring, which we are complete novices at due to being first time buyers, Roy heard what look and style we wanted and steered us towards the right choices for the space we have, which is very awkward, and the results are amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The fitting process was brilliant and seemed so easy and quick. Jake, the flooring fitter and the carpet fitters were extremely friendly and clearly very experienced. Due to our dimensions being incredibly awkward both our wood flooring and carpet were fitted expertly. I would 100% recommend Hillside Carpets to anyone.

Excellent service and value for money. I would heartily recommend Roy and his team to anyone. Extremely trustworthy, efficient and kind team. Replaced master bedroom and walk in wardrobe carpet within a week colour matching carpet as I was moving and needed a solution urgently. Can’t thank them or recommend them enough. Really wished I had know about them sooner!!!

My whole experience with Hillside Carpets was excellent. Roy, Jake and the guy who came to measure the flat and who I also saw in the shop (apologies I can't remember his name!) were all really friendly and professional. They were competitive on price and great communicators. Jake did a brilliant job fitting the floor and was a lovely guy. They are all clearly very knowledgeable about flooring and helped us choose a great match for the rest of the flat. Thank you!
