Wouldn’t give it 1 star if it was an option. Worst dry cleaning experience I have had. I encourage anyone who has quality garments (everyone) not to trust these dry cleaners with your items. They put chemicals on a very expensive garment (without seeking permission) which bleached the coat. They then didn’t admit liability and said we bleached our own coat. On collecting the coat they have now dyed the whole coat the colour that they faded! The whole coat! We have picture evidence as proof of the colour before taking it in and now taking the dry cleaners to court. I beg anyone to not trust this store as I would not want anyone to go through what we are.

Suit trousers went missing for a month last year, then my coat was left all dusty despite being cleaned.I decided to give them anktano chance and had some new curtains altered. They were returned to me covered in lint, dust and grime as if dragged along a dirty floor. When I complained I was told they'd be steamed. I asked for them to be dry-cleaned but it wasn't done. I checked them upon collection - the dirt was still there. Only then were they dry-cleaned. Not going there again.
Great technology, text messages upon dropping my clothes off and text messages upon collecting absolutely amazing service, great dry cleaning and same day free service.
They picked up a pair of curtains from my house and delivered them back clean leaving them somewhere secure without seeking payment... I called them straight back to settle my bill. Great service, and a level of trust that it is rare to find. This is how you build a loyal local customer base. 5 stars
Very impressed with their laundry service, same price as the laundrette next door without having to wait. Highly Recommended!
