Never use this company. I had 5 units with integrated blinds installed in November 2018 at a cost of 5000 GBP. Within a few months all units had gone wrong. I contacted Jimi to get units replaced under the warranty, but you could tell there was no interest in fixing the problem. So I contacted screenline (who make the blinds as printed on the units themselves) who informed me that the sole supplier of the units within the UK was Morley glass. I therefore contacted Morley glass and said they would replace them under warranty if they could find them on the system. For that they would need the invoice to find them, so I contacted Jimi again, all I needed was an invoice number, again I always got \I will do it in 5 minutes\. I am still waiting Jimi. The reason I am posting this now is because Morley Glass replaced all units last week, we managed to track down which units they were without assistance from HM Double Glazing. It turns out they were manufactured incorrectly. Morley Glass were fantastic from start to finish. I really hope someone from HM gets in contact after reading this review as they had no interest in contacting me when there was a problem. The irony is the problem wasn't even caused by HM, the cost wouldn't have been bourne by HM as Morley provided the units and had to replace them but they just didn't care once they had your money. UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE. very easy now to say I should have got in touch with the \department\. I called Jimi many times who was my my contact, in the end he started ignoring my calls. And yes complaining in 2020 as it took me this long to get problem fixed. Up to last week I didn't want to sever ties with your company as I may have still needed you. Now I have my new windows I don't hence the timing of the review.
