I hired this company based on their few reviews available. The very sluggish team, I lost my tenants because they could not make the application on time. They will only email, will not bother calling you. And later come back to you saying emails were not delivered etc. Just a waste of time. I am regretting now after hiring them.

It has been a pleasure dealing with HMO Services. A very friendly, approachable and professional service. This area is a frustrating minefield with very little information available even from professional advisers. But HMOS threw light on all the confusion, at all times speaking in plain English. I changed my mind and reappraised matters a number of times, but HMOS were extremely patient, and always very helpful, advising me afresh each time. The report produced was thorough with any strange expressions, facts figures and numbers made crystal clear. And myself being based overseas, communicating and operating from afar was smooth and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
