I don't often leave google reviews but Andrew and his crew provided a great service. Very calm and extremely courteous. Everything was delivered to the right room and at careful but quick pace the 3 bed house move was complete by 5.30 all furniture rebuilt. Even shoes off on the carpet. Also Hobbits were one of, if not the most competitive quotes we received, don't let this put you off they really delivered the quality of a top flight removal company.

We moved from a 5 bed in London to a 5 bed in Brighton, about 90 miles away. We got a quote from Hobbit Removals for a full packing service, as I just wanted to make sure nothing will be forgotten and i will include everything. I was extremely happy with the price and would definitely recommend them. Get a free obligations estimation and you won't be dissapointed in terms of pricing and professionalism! Thank you Andrew and all the guys for a stress day move!
The best removal service in London I cannot thank Andrew and his team enough for the professional and quick service provided for my move. Was given a friendly, free estimate by someone who claim to be the Manager, but turned out to be just an employee. They were hard to pin down on price and loading/unloading times. On the day and afterwards, things fell apart. To date one-fifth of the cost of the move has been lost in broken items -- glass picture frame, damaged Vintage art print, broken glass vase and drinking glass, broken birdbath -- and I have not even unpacked HALF of my stuff. They promised quick, easy compensation for broken items and are trying to make me wait 30 days for each one! They said their \insurance company has to investigate\. I insisted they start refunding me for each item I discovered and not they have blanked me. They promised \highly trained staff\ and showed up with an inexperienced trainee who could not speak or understand a word of English. All my efforts to mark \Fragile!!\ \!Glass!\ \This way up!\ etc etc went unnoticed & unheeded. They took 4x times as long to load and then unload than the previous 2 moving companies with the very same possessions. THIS IS JUST A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE COWBOYS, PRETENDING TO BE A PROFESSIONAL REMOVALS SERVICE. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! They turned a stressful but adventurous move from London to Brighton into an on-going, heart-breaking experience. I've had no choice but to open a Disputed Purchase Claim with MasterCard for the full amount since their service was ot as described\ and ot fit for purpose\.
