I didn’t buy the car from this dealer but I’ve used it since it is the only Maserati dealer in London. The service I have received each time has been appalling and totally unacceptable. Every time I had to use them I felt like the only thing they cared about was to rip me off. I even reported the dealer to Maserati Italy but never received any formal apology.

The sales service was good, I was so excited to get my new Levante. However, I have had it for just 5 months now and it has been into the servicing department 3 times. As soon as the sale was made, I have been dropped. Each time I have to pay for the petrol to get it into London and back. I have just called again as it has yet another issue (the windscreen seal keeps popping out and flapping around whilst driving) and was told I now have to pay for insurance for a courtesy car! Have never been charged this on the last three occasions. When I refused, she then wouldn't book my car in. Considering how much I paid for the car, I expected it to have better quality. I won't buy another Maserati.

Without doubt the single best car buying experience I have ever had. James and Mark were extremely attentive to every detail and made buying my new Maserati GranTurismo a joy. HR Owen experience was overall excellent and significantly better than Maranello in Egham who generally couldn't be bothered to return phone calls when requested. I'll certainly be using HR Owen for many years to come.
