Karl from HSK was giving us an amazing service in an emergency situation, including organizing a recovery car that picked us up in no time, then getting the five of us (incl luggage) an Uber to continue our London family trip, and getting our VW Sharan (and its clutch) ready in time before continuing our trip. This positive experience will never be forgotten. It saved our day, and maybe even our whole holiday! For as much as I can tell, top quality work, communication clear, very professional. Karl was great, he explained and showed me the underneath of my car and explained things in basic english to someone who has no clue about cars. And has given me a quote on some fixtures. I highly recommend this place, it's just off the high Street. Great customer service.

Highly recommended, professional and honest I had a problem with a car I bought recently wherein the gearbox needed fixing. The guys went out of their way to advise me on how I can resolve the issue in the most cost effective way. I am really grateful as it saved be upwards of 2000.
