We cannot recommend it highly enough. Mr. Irvine, Marc and their team were incredibly kind to us. Helped us throughout the 2y we lived in London and it made a huge impact in our experience/stay. They are straightforward when needed, but also very reasonable in dealing with day-to-day matters, for instance: We had an issue with the carpet and mattress of our bedroom. Mr. Irvine himself went to see and evaluate it, spoke to the landlord, and changed both free of charge. Simple gestures that make the entire difference. We could write a dozen more like these here. We are very glad to have met and done business with them.

I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. They are not only unusually straightforward, frank and communicative but also effective. They have managed a rental flat for my family for decades and recently succeeded in selling my mother's house where, in an uncertain market, much larger and better known agencies had failed. They quietly take care of business without fuss or tooting their own horn the way so many estate agents do - and yet they are more experienced and informed than most.
