It could do better with informing customers on procedures for pick up as most customers just stand outside waiting behind a wrong queue. I do not understand why Ikea charges service charge for pickup.

No lines when I arrived today around 3pm. Social distancing is definitely been practiced at the shop. Staff members are friendly and happy to assist you. There are so much to use from as this is a very big store. You probably would find most if not all what you are looking for in one place for your home. Click and collect is also available there which makes the process so much easier and faster.

COVID pick up was well organised. After checking in we waited in out designated spot for the goods to be brought out. Took about 10mins.

Totally dysfunctional click and collect system. Best avoided. You arrive, queue at a desk, then are sent to stand in a bay to await your order. The bays are socially distanced from each other, but it seems like multiple groups can be sent to the same bay, making distancing difficult. Very long wait time as well. Avoid this ikea location until lockdown is lifted.
