Though we thoroughly enjoyed service with the company for the most part, canceling was a bit off putting to say the least. I was told over the phone that I would be receiving a call from a rep to discuss the cancellation. That did not happen.(Never missed an order call however) A few days later, I have their employees marching into our office to collect the coffee machine, which is understood, but why were we not properly contacted to make the arrangements accordingly. This is very unprofessional and felt more like a repo company. Staff needs to properly communicate with clients even as they ending business with you.
We started using Imperial Coffee in December to replace our current Keurig machine in our office. Our staff love the new machine and flavor/drink options. We have received amazing service from everyone we have spoken to at this company since becoming a customer. They are quick to respond to service calls, order inquiries and even looked into the Gluten free options available for us to accommodate some of our staff requests. They make it easy to work with them. I would highly recommend this company for London businesses looking for a economic way to offer coffee service to employees or customers.
The customer service is great. When we first started with deliveries 3 years ago we loved our delivery guy Rodolfo. He went above and beyond. He moved on to another position and it has never been the same.
Gary, who delivers our coffee orders is the BEST. He is so good at spotting errors in the order, he correct them on the spot and makes sure we get exactly what we have ordered and makes sure his billing department notes any changes he has made to fix our order. His knowledge of his customers is the best and he's super friendly and efficient. Best customer service ever. He goes above and beyond what is necessary every time.
