Very useless I have used them for my ILR When things stuck they can not help with anyway, even brainstorming you have to tell them. My ILR was over delayed though it is supposed to be premium, they could not have the audacity even ask firmly why it is delayed. They goofed till i have found UKBVI complaint options, seems they are not even aware of it. Their agent when he realized the case is stuck even his tone on the phone became different. I dont if they are expecting just easy money! The funny part the home office lost my degree certificate which i used for the application amazingly they can not do anything which is not surprise! Don't waist your time and money, either spend more and go to a more heavyweight legal entity or save everything and do it yourself. Very disappointing and disappointed
