Totally agree with the other reviewer. The way we were treated flys in the face of the customer always being right. The worst experience I have had dealing with a training venue in the 8 years I have been running a training business. The front of house staff were professional and friendly. Just ruined by the rigid management who have zero flexibility and no understanding of customer care.

In Tuition House is very rigid in how they operate. The ambience is dull with poor lighting which can affect the training experience. Customer service is very poor and inaccessible. You need to keep reminding the staff to get things done. The management has a strict policy on cost cutting. So our delegates were told that only one glass will be provided every day which need to be used throughout the day. How silly is it to hear this from a service provider. For the price we paid, we should have got a decent treatment if not a good service. Our delegates gave a very poor feedback of this venue. Please save your clients the trouble and not bring them here.

I would recommend this place to any person, company/business looking for corporate room hire. Not only is the location fantastic, the staff are so helpful, they were excellent hosts and left me stress free to focus on my training event. The setup was done to my exact specifications and the price you get for the service they provide is superb!!!
The location was perfect for my event, right next to Borough station. Our event lasted a stressful week and the front desk staff were very helpful and professional making it run smoothly.
