Made an appointment at 11am to have my smash screen replaced. Dropped the phone off about 10:50 the gentleman who served me (sorry can not remember his name) told me it would be about an hour and half. Within 30/40 minutes got a call to say it was done! Very quick, friendly and polite. Highly recommended!!

The staff was polite and the service was fast. But the repair left the phone much worse than it was. I brought my 1 year old Samsung S8 phone in great condition for a battery change, and at first I could not tell the difference (which was disappointing already) but after 3 weeks it actually started to be much worse, lasting just a few hours and started turning off suddenly when there was 40% battery left (it didn't even shutdown normally as it usually does when there is low battery). So I brought it back and they agreed to change the battery again for free this time. When I collected it the sales assistant told me that the battery (the one they put in the phone) was swollen and that I should not leave the phone charging so much, as implying that it was really my fault that the battery broke because I charged the phone to much, even though I never had had this problem with the original battery while doing the same thing for a year. The second new battery worked very decently for the first month, but now starting the second month not only does lasts very little (I have to charge twice a day on normal usage), but also the phone is cracking open which indicates they did not reseal it properly (no wonder they say they do not guarantee water-resistance after repairing it, I should have suspected). I now regret having trusted iSmash because I gave up the manufacturer warranty thinking I would probably not have needed it if they just had used decent components. But now I am having so much trouble with a phone that was working perfectly fine in the first place. So much for the highest-quality components they say they use.
Great experience ever, I have warranty for life for my screen and also they offered me a good deal with a screen protector that I can change for free in future for just 10 extra , great stuff! 5* . Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service, Alex served me, amazing guy, coildnt do anything with the phone because of the excessive damage but he told me up straight. Highly recommended shop. Keep it up guys
