Since its establishment in 2010, WIM has empowered female leaders at Ivey; WIM educates women about the diverse career opportunities and inspires them to pursue new, challenging career paths. Our conference, events, mentorship program, and corporate partnerships provide students with exceptional learning opportunities and support as they begin their journeys down their career paths.
