Strange experience. AVOID Over the phone the booking process and the rest was very good and quick but as soon as i droped the car there it sort of felt that something is not right.My car was due for an oil change,brake fluid change,pollen filter replaced and an A/C refill. Droped the car and i was asked to pay upfront over the phone and of course i refused. 2 hours later i get a strange phone call from them saying that my A/C is broken and they can’t refill unless they do a service on it and will probably cost me a fortune with an invented excuse which i refused since i have replaced myself the gas pressure sensor and A/C was fine,it wasn’t ice cool but at least it was blowing cold air and thats why i have asked for a refill. Anyhow we sort of agreed to disagree and i just asked them to do my service and i will take care of the rest. 30 min later i get the video with the works asked and after 2pm went in there to collect my car. Payed the invoice ,they brought the car outside and guess what my car was blowing ice cold air although they clearly said my A/C is not working and my dash cam was disconected which i thought it was odd. Yesterday i had the curiosity to check pollen filter since recently some strange smell were coming out trough the vents and i wanted to check what is wrong with it and guess what it still has the 2017 stamp date on it as you can see in the picture The bottom line is they are biggest fraudsters that i’ve ever seen start to finish

I went to see Gareth at Jack Barclay bodyshop, Burr Road just after an accident to my wing mirror. I was still a bit shaken up but he was so incredibly kind and talked me through the extent of the damage and reassured me they could help...and it wasn't a problem. On the spot they took the car in, sourced the spare parts for me and the car looks better than new! They are extremely efficient, VERY professional and couldn't have offered better service or advice. I felt in very safe, trusted hands and they now have a client for life!! I honestly can't recommend Gareth and the bodyshop team enough. I'm absolutely thrilled with their work and am very grateful for how they sorted everything out with great care for me. THANK YOU!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Jill

I really really hope that the mechanics are completely on a lot better level then the guy who is \complimentary\ washing the vehicles. I used their services for first time. It took a bot more time for booking the service, but definitely I will refuse the complimentary wash next time.

I have been using them for the last few years and can honestly say the customer service really is second to none! My car is always washed after any work and they are always helpful with any concerns or complaints (if any) A wonderful team, it’s always a positive experience dropping my car off to Jack Barclay Audi. Thank you to all the staff who provide an excellent service, especially Keith who seems to be the main representative I have dealt with.

Worst Audi service at all time.. they are trying to do services which needs to be done in the next 10 or maybe 20k miles... I’ve been there for service and they wanted to change my front brakes saying that are 90% worn.. if they were 90% worn the light should pop up in the dashboard.. I’ve been driving for more than 5000 miles now and nothing showed up.. The photo is after doing the 5000 miles from the date of the service.. Be careful! Later edit.. I don’t want to say that I think they didn’t even changed my cabin filter which was supposed to be changed at a second major service...
