I’ve used the jag shop numerous times for Both repairing my jag and supplying me with parts. There always a pleasure to deal with and provide a 5 star service, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Nick and the Jag Shop are unprofessional and I would highly recommend you DO NOT take your car anywhere near them. They racked up a bill of 540 without my permission, Nick then after about an hour of telling me that he has 20 years of experience said they would educe\ it to 440 but then charged me 540 anyway. They said they would email me an invoice and have failed to provide any invoice or record of their work they supposedly undertook. The car is still broken. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Left my Jaguar xkr to have an inspection before leaving for a long trip. They charged me 110 gbp to let me know that there were a few issues but that i could drive the car with no problem. They didnt realize that the car was running with 4 cylinders instead of 8. They told me thay brake disks were damaged and Need to be changed. I asked them to give me a quotation but owner was too busy to send It (wonder what i have bene charged for..). As soon as i got to my finale destination i went to another mechanic and he Just told me that brake disks were new and brake pads as well. I Just checked all invoices left me from previous owner and i found an invoice for new disk brakes and pads. HOW INCOMPETENT AND WHAT AN ATTITUDE!
