I have been training with Jonathan on a weekly basis for nearly three years. Sessions usually start with some cardio work before moving onto strengthening, toning and conditioning activities. All exercises are carefully planned and adapted to suit my individual needs and requirements. Jonathan is polite and professional at all times and his good sense of humour and chatty nature help the sessions to pass quickly.

Whilst I was reasonably fit before I started training with Jonathan I never really left my comfort zone. As well as introducing me to boxing, we also do weight training, resistance training and core stability exercises. He is extremely knowledgeable on both the fitness side and diet. Jonathan is always on hand to answer questions. The sessions are hard but fun and most important varied. If you're looking for a lifestyle change, or like me just want to improve your fitness level and enjoy the training sessions then I can thoroughly recommend using Jonathan Archibald.
