Poor ethics. Apart from call pre-interview, communication was second rate. Incredibly difficult to get hold of. Nothing of a proactive nature on the recruiters part. If you contacted for a role: a) ask if it is exclusive to Joseph Exec and b) ask if the other candidate(s) contacted have years of experience with the client and c) set out communication expectations in advance
