I got a call from Ingird about 3 weeks ago, she had a job opportunity for me, she was so rude, swearing at me like we are mates, and really poorly spoken in general, she then sent me the application form to apply for the position and I did not hear back from her again after chasing and waiting for an update. Honestly I would give this review a 0 star rating if I could, Ingrid's service does not deserve any stars, people like this just prove to you that they do not care about getting you a new job and help you start a new chapter they are only bothered about themselves - Good work guys, keep up the awful, lazy rude work :)

My sister called me in tears, after Pip Cox told her not to bother sending in her CV as she had 500 emails... everyone is going through a difficult time at the moment and this vile attitude is unacceptable. I should mention that I have dealt with Ingrid for years, and she has always been brilliant! Maybe a bad egg ?

Ingrid was extremely helpful in getting a connection of mine a junior entry position, and explained to her very clearly and succinctly the processes involved. I would definitely use her to source candidates for my own business based on my experience, and we were very comfortable with how she kept us informed throughout the employment. I noticed a negative review of her from a school teacher of English on this site who complained about being tested on reading and writing as part of pre-employment screening, so I did note with some humour the grammatical and spelling errors from this candidate in their review! This shows it's impossible to keep everyone happy, but keep up the good work JG. Thanks Ingrid for all your help we will be in touch soon.
