What a shambles of a so called hair cut I've just had. The young woman had zero experience of hair cutting, was very amateurish lacked any style, flair or confidence and left the cut uneven, with lots of uncut long pieces, considering it was only a bob the easiest of cuts. Stay well away. Needless to say I didn't pay, if I could post photos I would as evidence of the poor quality. She should have been honest and told me to wait for her manager but she didn't. Shocking. I honestly think shes never been trained in cutting hair before. She had no confidence even in holding the scissors. When I got home I saw how bad it was, like I'd done it myself!!! My family couldn't believe how bad it was. She even agreed I didn't need to pay, that says a lot. Stay away people, stay well away.

I visited the salon last week to get my hair braided and I am honestly so over the moon with the results, I thought I would write a review. I called Jummy at around 9 am to make an enquiry. She was very nice on the phone and gave a reasonable price (I am a student). I was even lucky enough to secure an opening for that very day. I didn't have the extensions with me on arrival, so a hairdresser called Lula accompanied me on the minute work to the hair shop. She was very helpful in helping me choose the right colour/extensions and in the end I decided to be bold and go for navy blue. I had a great time getting my hair braided by Lula and Jummy; loads of laughs and girl talk. I really appreciated the attention to detail and both women working on different sections of my hair to create the look I wanted. Finally, my hair was decorated with silver beads and I left feeling VERY HAPPY.

I got my hair done yesterday and I LOVED the way it turned out Jummy was so nice and made me feel comfortable straight away. She’s also very light with hands, my braids don’t feel tight at all! I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you so much Jummy️

I was disappointed on my second visit as I was overcharged for braids, prices are made up on the spot because there is no set price list which I found very unprofessional.
