Pavlina was amazing! I had the Custom facial, luxury manicure and pedicure and she did amazing job beautifying me for the holidays! Very professional and knowledgeable and efficient mannered. Following all safety rules in this times. Definitely recommend her! And I definitely will be back again for more.

Kay and Kompany is a very unique hairdressers. I've been to a few in my life but rarely have I found a salon where there is a real passion and integrity for the work. I have seen the stylists there create fantastic haircuts and colour on other customers in a busy working environment that feels simultaneously warm, focussed and relaxed. Ellie is a fantastic colourist and stylist and has totally helped me achieve a really nice look that I'm very happy with, as well as giving me excellent advice and recommendations on how to look after my hair between visits. I would not go anywhere else. I also want to add that their handling and protocol regarding Covid has been second to none. It was a pleasure to go back after lockdown. You realise just how dedicated they are.
I came into Kay and Kompany last Thursday and had the Inoar keratin treatment with Antonio. It was the best experience I have ever had in a salon! The team are super friendly. My hair has never felt or looked so good before! Antonio is an amazing hairdresser who certainly knows his stuff. I couldn’t recommend Kay and Kompany or Antonio enough! Thank You So Much!
Update: Credit where credit is due. After contacting the salon for the incorrect charge, they contacted me promptly to correct the issue. This comes to show that the overcharge was an honest mistake and the customer services are on point. ____________________________________________________________________ I booked at this salon to have my Great Lenghts extensions removed with Stacey. The booking was initially at 5.45. The booking app indicated two things: 1. That the price was from 30 for every 30 minutes and 2. That the service included a wash and rough dry. The day before the appointment I received a call asking me to come at 5.30 and to pay a 30 deposit. No problem there. I got to the salon 10 minutes before time just to start the service at roughly 5.40-5.45. Again, no problem there. Stacey took almost 15 to 20 minutes removing my extensions and then the wash and rough dry were another 10 minutes. I left by 18.10 but returned as I was charged 45.58 in addition to the deposit (20 plus 25.58 for a product I agreed to purchase). When asked about this I was told that Stacey's price was 50 and in addition the wash and rough dry was charged too. That seemed strange and when I got home I double checked the app, only to notice that I was effectively overcharged. I know these are hard times for businesses, but they are also hard times for everyone and I prefer to think that this was an honest mistake rather than taking advantage of a new client, for which I would very much appreciate a refund on the overcharged amount.
I am lucky to be a regular at Kay and Kompany, after moving to the area a few years ago - thank you to Ellie and the team for always making my visits so welcoming, and making my hair look great!
