KCL Dry Cleaners An excellent company. The staff are highly professional, friendly and know exactly what to do to deliver a top quality service. I travel far to use this firm of drycleaners and highly recommend them.
VERY dishonest and untrustworthy company, I strongly recommend you do not use them and go elsewhere!!!!!!
We used to use KCL as our go-to dry cleaners until we had a very bad experience with them. We paid 30 to have two pairs of heels repaired - after a day of wearing one pair, they broke so we returned to KCL to ask for another repair or alternatively get our money back - they refused, started shouting at us and blamed it on the quality of the shoes (which both cost over 100). We now use Trussleys round the corner - a tad more expensive but quality of service is impeccable.
Really like going here - good friendly service - I would recommending
