I went to get my garment mended in my lunch break. The lady manager refused to look up when I was showing her what needed mending and carried on with what she was doing and then she was rude and disrespectful to me when I tried to get her attention. I was recommended to use Kaisy's by 'TM Lewin' but I left very upset when I went back to work by this.

I was too upset at the time but I am from the US and moved to London with my entire wardrobe and I have been shocked at the awful quality of the Tailoring I had done here. It was so bad I cried. I had a lot of vintage pieces worth a lot of money which took me years to find and now they look a mess. They are not the only Tailor to ruin my clothes in London but luckily I have found someone nearby to me that actually knows what they are doing.
